We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@nevsbye3d.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the designated address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened software or digital products
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Items missing the original packaging, accessories, or part
  • Consumable items that have been opened (e.g., opened filament spools)
  • Items damaged due to improper use or maintenance

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Types

  • Full Refund: Issued for eligible returns received within 15 days in their original condition.
  • Partial Refund: May be issued for items showing signs of use, missing accessories, or returned after 15 days but within 30 days.
  • Store Coupon: An alternative to cash refunds, offering the full value of the purchase for use on future NEVSBYE purchases. Store coupon is valid for one year from the issue date.

 

Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of defective products.
  • Upon verification, you will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Cancellations

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

  • Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled for a full refund.
  • To cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.
  • Cancellation requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business days.

Post-Shipment Cancellations

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled directly.
  • If you wish to return a shipped order, please follow our standard return procedure once you receive the product.

 

Special Orders and Pre-Orders

  • Cancellations of custom-made or special order products may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
  • Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund before the product is shipped.
  • Deposits for pre-orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any other import charges.
  • Return shipping for international orders must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

 

Consumable parts with no warranty

Consumable Parts Definition

Consumable parts are items that, by their nature, are designed to be depleted, worn out, or deteriorate through normal use. At Nevsbye, consumable parts include but are not limited to:

  • 3D printing filaments (PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, etc.)
  • Resin for LCD/DLP 3D printers
  • Other items identified as consumables in product descriptions

These items don't have a warranty period, but we are happy to replace any of these items that fail due to manufacturing defects as long as the printer itself is in the warranty period. The decision of replacement for these items will be at Nevsbye's discretion and the decision will be final.

 

No Warranty Policy for Consumables

Due to the nature of consumable products and their intended use, Nevsbye does not provide warranties on any consumable parts. This policy applies regardless of whether the consumable items are sold separately or as part of a kit or system.

Key Points:
  1. No Quality Guarantee After Opening: Once the packaging of any consumable product has been opened, we cannot guarantee its quality or condition.
  2. Acceptance of Risk: By purchasing consumable products, you acknowledge and accept that these items naturally degrade with use and are subject to environmental factors beyond our control.
  3. Proper Storage and Usage: The performance and longevity of consumable products rely heavily on proper storage, handling, and usage according to our published guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in premature deterioration or unsatisfactory performance.
  4. No Returns on Opened Consumables: For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable items once they have been opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Exceptions (Defective on Arrival)

If a consumable product arrives in a damaged or defective condition:
1. You must notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
2. Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage must be provided.
3. The product must remain in its original packaging to the extent possible.
4. Defects must be manufacturing-related and not due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

 

Resolution for Defective Consumables

If we confirm that a consumable item was defective upon arrival, Nevsbye may, at our discretion:
1. Offer a replacement of the same product
2. Provide store coupon for the value of the item
3. Issue a refund for the purchase price of the consumable item

Please note that shipping costs for returns of defective consumables may be covered at Nevsbye's discretion.

 

Recommended Usage and Storage

To maximize the performance and lifespan of Nevsbye consumable products:

  • Store filaments and resins in their original sealed packaging when not in use
  • Keep consumables in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
  • Follow all product-specific storage instructions on packaging
  • Refer to our product guides for optimal usage parameters
  • Use consumables within the recommended timeframe after opening

 

Additional Notes

  • This policy applies only to items classified as consumables.
  • Non-consumable equipment and hardware are covered under our standard warranty policy.
  • Nevsbye reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies as a consumable.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
