Please do not throw away anything, including the order's packaging and the packing list inside, and contact us and shipping agency.

We send shipment notification and tracking numbers as soon as orders leave our warehouse. Tracking numbers will likely not show any result before carriers have a chance to do an initial scan to those packages.This delay is usually 1-2 business days.

Consumable parts with no warranty. Consumable parts are items that, by their nature, are designed to be depleted, worn out, or deteriorate through normal use. At Nevsbye, consumable parts include 3D printing filaments (PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, etc.), resin for LCD/DLP 3D printers. These items don't have a warranty period, but we are happy to replace any of these items that fail due to manufacturing defects as long as the printer itself is in the warranty period. The decision of replacement for these items will be at Nevsbye's discretion and the decision will be final.

We accept unconditional return for unopened and unused items within 14 days after receipt. However the return shipping fee is customers' responsibility in such cases and it is nonrefundable. If there is the defective item, we also accept a return. In this case, we advise to only return the defective item to save return shipping fee. Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service to get more instruction at first.

For beginners in 3D printing, we highly recommend the PLA and PETG series filaments.

1. PLA (Polylactic Acid) is the absolute best filament to start with.

These materials are exceptionally user-friendly and deliver consistently high success rates. PLA filaments excel in ease of printing, require minimal setup adjustments, and produce smooth surface finishes while remaining environmentally friendly due to their biodegradable nature.

2. Second Choice: PETG (if you need more durability)

After you’ve successfully printed 5–10 PLA models without major failures. PETG adds durability while still being manageable. PETG filaments strike an optimal balance between durability, chemical resistance, and moderate flexibility, making them versatile for both prototypes and functional applications.

Both series minimize common printing challenges like warping and adhesion issues, ensuring a reliable introduction to 3D printing techniques. Their accessibility, affordability, and adaptability solidify PLA and PETG as ideal starting points for new users.
